Eh Hee video to be released on Itunes (merged)

We are excited to announce the premiere of a video for Dave Matthews’ song “Eh Hee”. The “Eh Hee” video marks the directorial debut by Dave and was co-directed by longtime lighting and live video director Fenton Williams. The video will be released as a FREE download exclusively on iTunes on Tuesday, September 4, 2007. The video will be available at no charge for the week and then will be available for purchase. Also available for purchase is the song “Eh Hee” on which Dave plays all instruments. The song was produced by Dave Matthews and John Alagia. Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Live at Radio City is also available for purchase on iTunes and features two bonus tracks Nice that they are giving it away for free to! This should be interesting to see!

Someone posted this in the Eh Hee thread, but I suppose this deserves its own thread. I think it is cool. Dave talked about it in an interview posted over at Ants. I'll find it, it is a good interview.

The big looming question to me is what does the release mean. Very weird that Dave played all the instruments, especially with all rumors swirling around about tension, possible breakup, and just general trouble with working on the new album. Very bizarre indeed.
