I just about lost my mind when I tried to buy tickets for the Gorge shows when they went on sale this week. Ticketmaster didnt have any for the seated area.. only the gen admin lawn area. as much as Id love to watch from the lawn, I have the desire to be much closer. I was livid that they arent even selling any for the floor!
so, now that i have cooled off from those thoughts... I thought Id take a look on EBay. low and behold I found rows a11,a12,c13 for each night respectively for $140 each. wow! lucky LUCKY me! but alas, I only got 1 ticket for each night, so I might be making the trip alone (from Vancouver Island, BC), unless anyone wants to car pool or meet me there. I have had such a blast with everyone I have met during those weekends. From the "bean bag" crowd at the hotel near by, to the wicked tail gate parties before the shows, to just meeting fans in town having lunch. Its been a few years since Ive been to the Gorge. I may camp, but thats up in the air still.... What are some opinions on where to be for the weekend?

Turns out my husband will be deploying to Iraq on Sept. 7.... not sure if we'll even make it to DMB this year :(

Ah we are leaving Thursday morning from Spokane right after the dog kennel opens at 8am(be at the campground by noon at the latest). I'll be there in a Maroon newer Ford pickup right up front with a large group of people. ;-) Come on by and say hi! We love to meet new people! ;-)
