Now I have no graphic design experience, but what about something like the dreaming tree theme on the front and a night sky, Wds in the stars, and tour dates on the back with a moon and car driving off into the distance?

And nothing about Mitch going down on anyone

No no... the original was from like 2005 that Rob made with Dave's boots on it, and dee - em - bee written across the picture with weeklydavespeak.com on the back. Its pretty classic. And you could still buy it if you felt the need.

I like it Dan! I'll give the idea to my friend on Monday and see what she can come up with!

I love that the thong says "Made in the USA" across it.

I love that Mitch is the one vote against it, haha. I like the Dreaming Tree idea, and the idea Jen was telling me about in Cincy that revolved around STJL, can't remember exactly it, but there was a ship and it sounded cool. (I was gone at this point, but I remember thinking that's a good idea, )

I must have been absent for that but would like to hear it. I do like Dan's idea and having the tour dates on the back

Wow. I'm a yes on a new WDS t-shirt. Here's some more info on past t-shirt stuff.

The dee-em-bee thing from before was Bryan's design. The reason it didn't just say DMB was because DMB is trademarked. I'm surprised that store is still open--we should probably take it down.

I got pretty hands-on in 2008, and set this really high bar for the t-shirts. They were done on American Apparel, I had a carbon offset built in, we had Jon Morrow, who had done official DMB merch, do the design. I personally had the shirts printed in Boston and picked them up and got the machine to print the labels and handled all the money--it was this huge project.

It doesn't have to be an epic project like this, but it is a number of steps to manage. I'm cool with a community member taking it on.

I think it would be cool to have something that has more culture from the forum community embedded in it. I think it is going to be a challenge for a designer to upscale the kim hat to something high-res enough for a t-shirt. I'd love to see the dutchie on it too.
