AntsMarching.org is reporting that permits are being applied for which would enable Dave Matthews Band to throw a second festival at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.

If you have been out of the loop for the past week, you may not have known that the official site announced that a festival is being planned for a "unique site in the New York City Metropolitan Area for the Saturday and Sunday of July 4th Weekend."
Currently there have been no announcements from dmband.com confirming reports about the second festival in San Francisco.
