Looking Ahead to the 2008 Dave Matthews Band Summer Tour
A little less than a year has passed by, and yet again, we’re ready for another DMB tour, which has the potential to be a memorable one. With the return of "Shotgun", the vibrant resurgence of "The Dreaming Tree", and guests galore in 2007, the band set the bar even higher with the announcement of Tim Reynolds joining them on stage for the entire summer. Tim hasn't toured with DMB extensively since the winter of '98.
DMB ended 2007 with a string of shows out east in New Jersey at the IZOD Center, and two shows at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Also, they were in the studio working on several songs, specifically "Cornbread", "Shotgun", "Sweet Up and Down", and "Loving Wings".
DMB Tribute Band Performs For Charity in Egypt

By David Reiersgord

I would like you all to meet Rashad Ahmed and Nader Wahba, two musicians from Cairo, Egypt. They're DMB fanatics who took it upon themselves to bring DMB's music to their hometown in any way they could - a benefit concert with all the proceeds going straight to charity.
